Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

You may need an account to access certain features. You’re responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and up to date.

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Don’t interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to access them using unauthorised means.
• You’re responsible for your content and for complying with all applicable laws and card/fintech rules.

Some features are paid. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges described in our Pricing. Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may suspend or terminate if payment fails or the account is in arrears.
• Invoice and receipt emails may be sent to your registered email address.

• No fraud, spam, phishing, malware, or abusive behaviour.
• No posting or transmitting content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• No scraping, rate‑limiting evasion, or reverse engineering except as permitted by law.

The Services, including software, design, and content, are owned by or licensed to CashGrip. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

The Services may integrate with third‑party platforms (e.g., payment providers). Your use of any third‑party service is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policies. CashGrip is not responsible for third‑party services.

We may offer early or experimental features. Beta features are provided “as is,” may change without notice, and may be discontinued at any time.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for obtaining any required consents from your end‑users.

We take reasonable measures to protect the Services, but no system is perfectly secure. Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access or security incidents.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or incidents may affect access. We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will do so.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashGrip and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashGrip and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa for any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
